Current per channel = (Max current) × (channel value / 255).
This is approximate – real LEDs and your eyeballs are not perfectly linear, but it gets you very close. Fine-tune with trimmers if needed.

Tip: if a channel shows “0% (off)”, you can treat that LED as unused for that color mix (leave it unconnected or give it a huge resistor).
